I help run a small container garden in pools at the Jewish Theological
Seminary on the Upper West Side. Given the recent spate of rain, we've
lost some soil, and were looking to either get some more dirt or
compost to help fill them up. Any recommendations for good places to
get free or cheap dirt/compost?
