You’re cordially invited to Green Phoenix Permaculture’s 2013 Annual Meeting.
WHAT: Green Phoenix Permaculture is a non-profit organization in New York State focused on permaculture education, demonstration sites and collaborations.
This is a business meeting during which we will be electing new officers, hearing updates from a variety of projects, and introducing new membership guidelines.
The meeting is also an opportunity for any folks who are interested in getting more involved to hear about current projects and observe and contribute to our organizational practice. We are pleased to make the proceedings open to the public.
WHEN: SUNDAY, MARCH 24, 2013
12 Noon - 1:30 PM -- Gathering over potluck lunch
1:30 PM - 5 PM -- Business meeting and updates about ongoing and exciting new work in our communities
By Car: Take Eastern Parkway to Bedford Avenue, turn left (north) then four blocks to Park Place, turn right, then three blocks, between Nostrand and New York.
Subway: Number 3 train to Nostrand Avenue stop, walk north past Banco Popular to Park Place, turn right. We’re in the middle of the block on the right.
Upon Arriving: Please ring illuminated buzzer on ground floor. There are no buzzers at the top of the stoop.

though participants and observers are invited to bring $25 cash or
check if they would like to join the organization after hearing the
new member guidelines and plans!
