MAY 9-10 2-Day Edible Forest Gardening Fundamentals with DAVE JACKE! (Primary Author of Edible Forest Gardens)
MAY 16-17 Mushroom Cultivation for City and Country!
MAY 23-24 Hands-on Cob Wall Construction Workshop
MAY 30-31 Strawbale Gardening and Aerobic Compost Teas for City and Country!

II.
Two brochures for season events have been uploaded! Both sites are about 2 hours outside NYC, accessible by mass transit.
