Clean, free or reasonable soil?

From: Stephane

Hi permies,?

My housemates and I are working on building up and restoring our garden, and our soil test came back with way too high lead levels, so now we are faced with the challenge of bringing in a lot of soil quickly to build raised beds on a low-budget, and also wanting to be as green as possible.?

I know this is a common situation in the city...does anybody have any leads on where we can get clean, free soil? Or any connections with soil to give away? We are located in Crown Heights, but can travel...

Thank you!!
