seeking hosted checkout/gateway advice...

Hi Everyone:
I'm having trouble finding an appropriate online "checkout" service for my clients and hoping someone out there has some advice. My clients are service businesses (consultants, doctors, crafts-people, etc.) that primarily promote their services/expertise but often also want to sell 5-50 products on their site (e.g. a business coach that also sells a few books, cds and a fixed-price phone consultation.
I build a DB-driven admin to manage products, product options, pricing (and other website content) and a simple shopping cart so visitors can view and select products without the leaving the site.
However, once the visitor selects their products and clicks "Proceed to Checkout" on the cart page, I want them to go to a PCI-compliant 3rd-party website/service that collects billing info and handles the transaction processing including tax, shipping, receipts, reports, etc.
In order to work for my clients, it needs to;
a) Be cleanly designed and brandable (e.g. custom header image, css, etc.)
b) Not require a 3rd-party account (e.g. Amazon Checkout, Google Payments)
c) Support a variety of shipping options including real-time quotes from UPS, Fedex, USPS (so no PayPal)
d) Support a variety of common gateways (ideally including
e) Be a hosted solution so it's can be more reliable and secure than my client's shared hosting plans allow (so no X-Cart, Zen-Cart, etc.)
f) Be PCI-compliant, reasonable mature, reliable, widely adopted, well-supported, etc.
The closest thing I've found is using Mals "Post Directly to Payments" ( but it doesn't seem to support real-time shipping quotes from UPS, Fedex, etc.
If you have an idea for me, I would be eternally grateful!
All Best,
