Participatory Python - Testing

10 people meet to give a short presentation and talk about a particular topic. Everyone who attends has to talk for 5m or less. You don't have to be an expert, but you should be able to talk about your thoughts and experiences. Bonus points for showing a working demo or code, and for having questions that you'd like to see answered. After we go around we'll open the discussion up and see whether there's more that people would like to talk about in the future, hacks that we can do right there, etc. The first Participatory Python will be on testing.

It was great to get a sense of what people are doing, and what tools they are excited about. As far as the concept of this particular meeting format, I think there are some bugs, but they'll get worked out. Round table discussions in general are an interesting way to learn.

I just configured Python on my computer for the first time (Just got my MacBook last week - I'm a new Mac user). I have it running in Apache as a CGI handler. Anyway, I can't participate this time, but I am looking forward to participating in future meetups.
