NYLUG Meetup: The Ups and Downs of Migrating to Python 3: A Pragmatic Approach

From: Julian B.

Hi everyone.

There was some desire over at the New York Linux Users' Group ( for a Python-related talk on migrating from Python 2 to Python 3 (full details below).

That talk is going to be going down on February 14 :). RSVPs aren't opened yet, they should be open on January 31 at 4PM (this thursday). If any of you are interested in hearing about it, feel free to come down there, I'm sure it'll be a lot of fun.

Full synopsis and some details on the talk are at , which is where you'll need to RSVP.

Hope to see some of you then,

PS Yes there are tons of talks on Python 3, but hey, it's something worth talking about and an important part of the landscape, so hopefully we'll have a few unique things to say about it. If you have specific things you'd like to hear about it, there's still time before the talk, feel free to email me directly and I'll try to accomodate :).
