Hello! I am currently working on a restaurant project in Brooklyn and am looking to meet other professionals in the industry who are passionate about doing business the right way.

What restaurant/bar/hotels have you been associated with and how?

Dining With Grace Catering and Cafe. I had been operating a catering gig on the side while working in corporate for the past 3 years. I now have the opportunity to take it full-scale as a catering kitchen & restaurant and I'm running with it

What is your favorite restaurant/chef/owner and why?

Favorite restaurant...used to be Buddakan but that changed. Now I love Korean and Japanese bbq...but I haven't found my all in all Totally Favorite Restaurant. It's sad.
