Hi Andrew, For the Boston Butt, would you prefer fresh or smokes, rind on or rindless, boneless (Irish bacon), or bone in: whole, ground,
or steaks (3/4" or 1"). I'm a huge fan of butt steaks -- so if you don't want the whole thing -- would you like steaks to share?
