Hi Amy, I'll be at the Empire Hotel (rooftop bar), 44 W. 63rd Street/Bdy, at 9:30 pm. Empire staff makes you wait in line in front of the hotel before you're lead to the elevator to the rooftop. It's pretty fast depending on how many people are there. Cheers, Bibi.
