Our return to the amazing American Airpower Museum!


I'll be filling in details soon, but I wanted to announce this and get it on the calendar.

For those of you who don't know, the AAM is a world of wonder and awesomeness out in Long Island....they are a working hangar/runway featuring vintage WWII aircraft.

Those of you who joined us last year know it was one of our best shoots ever!

We had gorgeous planes to pose with, cool equipment to use as props, and about 10 BEAUTIFUL models.

AND.......
We'll be out there from 5:00 - 8:30pm, so we'll be shooting during sunset!!!


THIS WILL GET YOU SOME AMAZING PHOTOS FOR YOUR PORTFOLIO!!!

PHOTOGRAPHERS:

We have approx. 20 spots available for photographers. Those spots are saved according to actual payments.

RSVPs, while appreciated, are not reliable. Only paid photographers will be added to the confirmed list.

If the 16th has arrived and there are spots still available (doubtful) you will be able to pay at the door.

PayPal................early bird price: $70 (from now until Aug 7th)
PayPal......"still awesome" price: $85 (from Aug 8-Aug 14th)

IF there are any spots left after that (I doubt it), you can pay $95 ~in cash~ at the museum.

I'll announce if there are spots available. But it's to your benefit (and mine) to use PayPal in advance.

MODELS:

I know that every one of you will want to come out for this one! Unfortunately, that's just not possible. We have a limited number of spots available. We also want to keep a high ratio of hair/makeup artists to models.

Our first priority is to models we have worked with in the past.

Also, we cannot accept anyone who needs to come late or leave early. The spots are too valuable to not have you shooting the entire time.

If you are interested in modeling, please send me an email and I'll let you know if we can accommodate you.

Please do not just RSVP "yes" and plan on attending. You must be confirmed.

    If there are some that need a ride, I'll take 5 with me if they chip in 10 each for transpo that i'll use for admission cost.

    Looks like I will be on the train. Which train? There is a 3:16 PM leaving Pen and arriving at 4:09 PM, and a 4:16 PM leaving Pen and arriving at 5:09 PM. Is there a rally point? BTW, returning, the options are: 8:06 PM / arrives at 8:59 PM 9:06 PM / arrives at 9:59 PM Michael P.S. If there are three folks that would like to chip in for a ZipCar (rallying in Park Slope or near the Atlantic Ave. Station stop)...I can be convinced to do that instead. Cost would be about $30 each.

    We're gonna work out transportation soon. I think the Long Island Rail Road leaves from Penn Station in Manhattan. There's a stop near the museum. Then, a short walk to the front door. OR, we can make trips to the train stop to pick people up and shuttle them to the museum. Also, if anyone is willing to drive other members, let me know!
