Guest Indian Monk Ananda (Didi) Hitaesana is returning and will be teaching an 8 week series Meditation Class every Wednesday starting September 18th and ending November 6th from 7-9 pm. She will give a small talk on the ancient knowledge of meditation expanding on her knowledge of mantras/yoga/proper posture and then leading us in a meditation at the end. After the 8 week classes are completed, each student will receive their own personal mantra from Didi which is based on her intuitive read of each student's aura.
