    •  This was not only my first NY Video 2.0 meetup, but my first meetup! I thought it was really well organized, very well executed and a lot of fun. The organizer kept everyone to a short presentation which kept it interesting, and the presenters were all quite good. My one dissapointment was that the meetup seemed to be technical oriented, with less emphasis on the artist/content producer contribution. Perhaps next time there will be more. All in all a great event.

My first time. I really enjoyed my time at the meetup.

it was great to be in a room full of like-minded people, but by the time the mixer/networking portion came around, i was exhausted. it seemed to be, with the exception of Boxee, a very business and monetizing look at web video rather than creative content oriented. those of us who are creators or trying to be inspired by people who make what is being distributed, sold, censored, or simply shown through a different type of rectangular box felt a little left out. i did find it fascinating to see how video viewing is being monitored, but would have love to hear more worthwhile uses than advertising. i've heard that past meetups weren't as business oriented, so i would love to see some more variety in upcoming meetups!
    •  Great pick of companies presenting. Yaron's format (5 mins, with q&a) works terrifically. Great job.
    •  It was awesome as always! Great speakers and interesting business models.
    •  Best one yet - I have been to three. Very biz & tech oriented, with an impressive group of attendees asking insightful questions. Although the "brewed in NY" was a tad of a stretch
    •  Really good presentations and excellent job, Yaron, moderating and keeping everything on time. Would have liked it to be a bit lighter in the "mingle" part and darker during the presentations.
    •  Great presenters, the space is to dark to see who is in the audience for networking.
    •  i was only there for about an hour but thought it was good
    •  Thank you. It was very informative. I look forward to the next one. Thomas Lopez-Pierre FashionShowClub.com
    •  It was a great meetup. The presenters are always impressive with new and inventive services at the forefront of their discussions. I'm looking forward to July!
    •  Another well organized event. Kudos to Yaron. Great presenters as always.
    •  Hard to network
    •  It was my first time at Meetup and I really enjoyed it. I am definitely coming back and I will recommend it to colleagues.

The format is great for the presenter, but all it does is allow for them to advertise their company. The 5 min Q&A is superficial because nobody really gets to talk about the startup experience, their obstacles, strategies, etc. All anybody gets to do is talk about superficial things: i.e. how much money are you making? In fact, I'm not even sure why Hulu and Move Network presented. They had nothing insightful to say other than who they were. And I don't believe they appeared to be receptive to feedback, but that's just me.
    •  Lots of interesting people in the business, a few great presentations. Overall, a very useful event, thanks!

Nice to have some pretty direct competition like Move and Hulu side by side
    •  While I love hearing about new and exciting companies in their early stages (e.g., Boxee), I'm not sure what the appeal is of the Hulu and Move Networks presentations--I can learn about those big brand companies on wikipedia or the Journal. They don't seem suited (nor meritorious) of the meetup format and attention.
