Laughter Yoga is an amazing practice designed to reduce stress, increase flexible thinking/cooperation, and enhance community building!

It was created in 1995 by an MD from Mumbai, India, and his yoga teacher wife, and has spread to more than 60 countries around the world--and still growing!
