It's World Health Day--let's laugh to get healthier & happified!

Hello Laughter Lovers--

April 7th is World Health Day! Laughter Yoga is a fun and easy way to improve our health while getting happified too.

Laughter lowers blood pressure, strengthens the immune system, lowers stress hormones, provides natural pain relief and so much more!

So what better way to celebrate this holiday? Join us at the Oakland LifeFire Laughter Club to find more joy and health.

Fun warm ups, laughter exercises, a rollicking laughter flow, and a relaxation will leave you blissed out!

No Yoga mats needed. Adults and older teens of all levels of physically fitness are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing for easier laughing.

Laughing with others is priceless. The Oakland Lifefire Laughter Club is $10-20 (sliding scale to make it affordable to more people). First visit is free!!
