Obstacle Fitness Camp

Interested in learning what Obstacle Course Training is all about? Join us the last Saturday of every month. Along with an amazing workout, you will learn just what O.C.T is all about; fun, challenging, energetic fitness.  We especially encourage anyone who has never joined us or even entered in any obstacle race or adventure race. Our fitness camp is only $5.00 to participate and will be held outside as long as the weather cooperates.

Is there a place for a very well behaved 10 and 12 yr old to sit outside and read or play on their tablet while I do the obstacle course?

      Hey Jill,

Sure you can bring them. We don't have an actual child care facility but there is plenty of space for child to relax. I hope this helps

Hey everyone, we're only a couple weeks away from our Intro to OCT Camp. I just want to try and get a active head count, so if you could let me know you still are planing to attend and if you will have any guest with you. We are also hosting a BBQ later at 3 that day free for anyone. Again I just need a head count to make sure we supply enough food for everyone.

How much running is involved? I used to run but it now hurts my knee and hips. I can still exercise. ...i have done Insanity and now I'm doing T25 with no pain. Thanks.

Running is pretty light, there is cardio involved but running is used mostly as a warm up. Can't wait to meet up on the 28th! And thank you for joining our group.

      Hey Tadd,

Thank you for joining our group. We would love to have you come out and join us. The class and held at my location. I own a fitness center and Obstacle Training is a program the we offer. I created this group to help spread awareness to the community about obstacle training as an fitness alternative to traditional "boxed" gyms. Feel free to bring your belongings. I hope we will see you this month!

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
