Nice to be back in Amsterdam after a long time and to be back at Open Coffee again. Had some lovely talks. Did not speak with all people.
Question 1: what is the situation now for freelance programmers? Anyone know? Want to share?
Question 2: What is a good place / event to meet people who are developing news stuff?
My experience, mostly with agents, after one month back in the Netherlands: I find it much harder to get new gigs than even in 2010 / 2011. Clients really seem to want the exact perfect 99.9% match.
