Plan on attending Thursday, January 22nd as we take a look at the habits that are holding us back... and the habits we need to develop in order to move forward with our writing dreams and goals. Karen Linamen will be presenting. She is the author of 13 books including her latest book (to be released on December 16th by Waterbrook), Only Nuns Change Habits Overnight: 52 Amazing Ways to Master the Art of Personal Change.

In addition, feel free to bring something you are currently working on. There will be an opportunity for folks to read a brief segment (45-60 seconds tops) of something they are working on to the group. This is not for critique, but simply to introduce the group to the genre and writing style that you are pursuing. If you would like to do this, select something that you are especially proud of or that is a good representation of your style and voice.

As always, everyone is encouraged to meet at Cucuru's at 6:00 so we can order from Guillarmo's amazing menu, eat together and chat and network informally, with our meeting starting at 7:00 and ending promptly at 8:30.
