INSTRUCTIONS:

In order to pay for this trip, I need your email address so I can send you a Paypal payment email.
PLEASE NOTE: You do NOT need a Paypal account to use the invoice form I will send you. You can pay by credit card, or, only if you want to, use your Paypal account to pay.

STEP BY STEP:

1. Send me an email at [masked] so that I will have your email address and let me know if you are single or double occupancy. Double occupancy is $579, single occupancy is $879. Be sure to let me know which you are booking for.

2. Wait for me to send an invoice by email.

3. You will receive confirmation that your payment has been received.

4. I will send you an email back saying I have received your payment.

5. Book yourself a plane ticket right away! Airfares are good right now, but they can go up day by day. Airport code for Cozumel is CZM.

*Important* Make sure to book your return flight in the afternoon so you can dive Saturday morning! You need 24 hours between your last dive and when you can fly.

6. Download and fill out the following TWO forms and fax them
to Ultimate Dive Travel at (630) 972-2329 (number is on the
forms as well):
