Introduction

it was great meeting other divers at DS this past weekend. You seem to have a good organization going.

What type of diving do you like to do (cold water, warm water, wreck, cave, etc.) and where would you like to go in the future?

If there is water, I want to see what is in it.... :) Cold water, warm water, it doesn't matter.

When was your most recent dive excursion/trip and where?

Just finised the PADI IE. went into the cave at Vortex Springs in January.

What was the date of your initial certification (month/year)?

May 1998

What dive association(s) are you certified with (i.e., NAUI, PADI, SSI, TDI, etc.), what is your highest level of certification, and how many logged dives do you have? (If you've never been diving, that's great too, just tell us why you're here):

How did you find out about us (Craigslist, Google, Yahoo, meetup.com, etc. Please don't skip this question, it really helps us!)?

Enjoy, Tim. I have dived Ginnie Springs years ago (probably 20 years ago). Most of my dives were drift and wreck dives off of Tampa Bay and Fort Lauderdale area. My life's highlight dive was a night Manta dive off of Kona, Hawaii.

Thanks for having me up, Tim. It was super fun and the ride back from Norwalk was smooth as silk.

Tim- thanks for signing up. Lets talk this weekend to put some of the CT trip details on the FL site. Also we need to put together the annual oct/nov trip with Jim AND since Dema is in Orlando this year maybe we can work it into that?

Where will the group be? I am familliar with Dutch Springs. I have generally been down with Dan Tuck in the instructors area. I do plan on camping there for the night as well. Look forward to meeting you and the others.

    Regards,

    Jim

I'm jealous!! Were using stage tanks on those penetrations? Or are they very shallow?

Tim, The weathers not very nice so I choose to stay home instead of meeting up for this event, but count me in for the next one! I can't wait to find local diving and possible trip buddies.

I got the rEvo III hybrid. I wanted BMCL and the rEvo has the best WOB of any of the BMCLs. It rivals or exceeds more OTSCL models. Looks like I'll be spending a lot of time at Dutch honing skills!

Hey Tim. Just got back from NCF where I completed Full Cave with Rich Courtney and got my rEvo Mod 1 with Mel Clark. Though most of the systems were flooded, I had some fun dives in the Devil's. The last dive I did with Mel was the Bone Room circuit. The viz dropped to about 25' at the far end of the Bone Room. (I was on OC of course.)
