Learn Ruby and Rails through Sinatra

For the next few weeks we’ll be focusing on Sinatra as a way of making both Ruby and Rails more accessible.  Let us know what your thoughts are (and if you would like to be a presenter).

Sinatra is an increasingly popular framework that can be used to quickly create “Ruby”  based web applications with minimal effort. A simple (inline) app may be a single ruby file that  may contain  routes, templates & style sheets. Complex apps may be developed with a “rails” like structure with controller, views, models, helpers, public etc. directories to keep the project organized.
