In August we have our own community volunteer, Mark D. Freeman Williams.
Mark is an Application Builder and writer. Previously, he spent 16 years at Apple, Inc., Ten of those years were spent involved with the Support Communities leading strategy and technology initiatives and managing day to day community operations. He is currently looking for new employment opportunities. When not working he spends time with his family, including his 7 month and 5 year old daughters. He is one of the the volunteers that helps make the #OCTribe meetup tick.
Session Title: "KCS and Community, A Tragic Love Story"
Act 1: A shallow dive into the ideas of Knowledge-Centered Support (KCS) lead by Mark, who is not KCS certified.
Act 2: How we can bring these ideas into our practice of community management?
Act 3: In a tragic twist, we will find out why this could be difficult to implement in your organization.
See you then and don't forget to RSVP!
