Dinner and a Talk on "Vegan Wellness" by Vegan Physician Mark Malek, MD

Join fellow animal lovers and advocates for a great vegan dinner and a fascinating talk by vegan doctor Mark Malek, MD. Dr. Malek will discuss the role of a vegan diet in preventing cancer and cardiovascular disease. He'll also provide general tips for wellness including stress management, exercise, and sleep.

Dinner is buffet style, all vegan, and the cost is $12.99 per person.

Dr. Mark Malek is a board-certified Preventive Medicine physician specializing in Primary Care, Lifestyle Medicine and Medical Wellness. His greatest passion in medicine is getting to know his patients and helping them reach their wellness goals. He completed medical school at UCLA, residency at Stanford and Johns Hopkins Hospitals and served as a Lieutenant Commander at the US Centers for Disease Control. He is a Professor at UCLA and USC and conducts medical research that has been published in medical journals.
