What we’re about

This Meetup is for those on a vegan path seeking to deepen their mindfulness through group meditation and discussion without the incongruencies often found in non-vegan mindfulness groups. Through regular meditation practice, our intention is to cultivate greater internal peace and presence, and to bring more mindfulness and compassion to our interactions with the external world and all beings.

We meet every Monday from 6:00 to 6:30 pm Pacific time. We typically start with 15 minutes of silent meditation, followed by 15 minutes of mindful sharing (talking is optional). By the way, all are welcome – vegan, vegan-curious, and vegan-supportive. We hope to see you soon!
