Millcreek Ravine Park

Our next walk will be on Sunday, August 29th, 2010 @ 1:30 p.m. at Millcreek Ravine Park. Millcreek Ravine Park is one of the nicest Off Leash parks I've been to. It's not close to traffic and it has beautiful creeks, trees, bridges and hills. My dogs just love it ! The walk will be canceled if it is pouring rain but I'll let you know a couple of days in advance if it is not a go. Even the dogs don't like to walk in the rain! For those who haven't been, you get on to 99th Street (south side of the river); go East on 69th Avenue; turn right (South) on 93rd Street and take the first left into the U parking lot. There is also street parking if the U is filled. You'll see me set up at the Off Leash sign. If you get lost or are going to be late, call me on my cell. I'll only have it on for the walk[masked]-5256. The Google map is not correct, so just go by my directions. If you come, you definitely won’t be disappointed. This is a multi use trail which means there are bicycles and joggers and it's a good path for strollers. Looking forward to seeing you to walk the walk; talk the talk and bark the bark on Sunday, August 29th @ 1:30 p.m. Jean Coates, Organizer Sam, Vickie & Vegas

Maybe the dogs should be on-leash until we get started to avoid things like what happened to little Moses.

I always like this park. Good turn out with 21 owners. I felt sorry for Moses who is just 4 months old, as I think he was a little overwhelmed with so many dogs.
