Upper Mill Creek Off Leash Park

This walk will be at Upper Mill Creek Ravine on Saturday, October 19th @ 11:00 a.m. This picture was taken at Upper Mill Creek on June 2nd, 2012.

Why? Because you know your dogs want it! This park is very picturesque with its ravines, trees and bridges.

To get to Upper Mill Creek Ravine, take the Whitemud Freeway to 50th street. Go South on 50th street turn left (East) at 40th Avenue. Follow 40th Avenue for about a half a block and you'll see the Off Leash sign on the left hand side of the road. I'll be set up there. There is lots of street parking. (Don't look at the google map because it's never correct, just follow my instructions). If you are going to be late or if you get lost call me on my cell at (780) 690-5256. I'll only have it on for the walk. If you are coming, please remember to RSVP so that I will have your name badge with me.

Looking forward to Saturday, October 19th at 11:00 a.m. to walk the walk, talk the talk, and bark the bark.

Lovely day with 22 dogs ranging from Miniature Dachshunds to Great Danes & all getting along and playing and running. I love that part of these walks. Congrats to Mona with her dogs Avery & Karlee and to Andrea with her dog Iszla. They both got a 40 walk award. Also congrats to Andrea who won the prize today. Thank you to everyone for being responsible pet owners. That's what makes this group so fun!

What a great walk today. It brought me such joy to finally be able to Meet Up with all the great folks and their lovely dogs again. It's been a long time! Thanks to Jean for the awesome prize and the 40 dog walks award:)

It was a perfect day, and I enjoyed the longer-than-usual walk. And of course Cajun and Coal had a riot!

Beautiful. The dogs loved it. It was nice to have my family along. I enjoyed the undulations of the landscape. It is why we so enjoy driving all the way into the city to walk with you all. Our land is typical prairie. As I heard in Saskatchewan: it is the only place in Canada you can watch your dog run away for two weeks. The pace is pretty fast for me. I am glad Kent was there to pull me up the hills. And so glad Chy gave me a nudge from behind on the stairs for the last third of the way. It is lovely to see all the dogs so animated and revelling in each others' company.

    Hi Jean,
I am sorry Peanut and I won't be able to make it. I can't seem to get rid of this flu. :(

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
