Re: [offleash-43] BARF diet

I'd love to hear more about this type of diet, research info etc!  Bison bones- I get them there at Whitmud Crossing (across from the library).  Guys there are nice too.  I've noticed their prices on bones creep-up in expense the last year and a half.  Darn mom's of fur-babies! LOL

I have talked to the guys many times there and they have told me (@7months ago) to just leave a Rubbermade container (size of a generous laundry basket & mark it with your phone # on it.  When full, they will call.  Apparently some lady (maybe one of you out there) does this.

Hope to make it out this Saturday with my Maggie (Black Lab) and Oscar (Pekingese).

Thanks all for sending along you info/tips!!!

Jen :)

Hi BARF people,
If you don't know already, you can buy bison bones at the Bison Meat Shop in Whitemud Crossing.
They're less expensive than the pre-packaged kind and come in various sizes to suit your needs.
