I love hiking the Santa Cruz Mountains, and look forward to doing it with YOU! :-) More about me on: http://www.facebo...
Such a nice activity to share with new friends...it's been a pleasure getting to know everyone. This has quickly become one of my new favorite group activities!
Rod, I owe you lot from Ponderosa/Roaring Camp days. Always speak of you highly although "an organizer had me kicked out of TAH", but I'm on my own & in many diverse South Bay, Monterey Groups and with CNPS. Our experience was a plus for me. It was good timing. Thanks for those early hikes. Good Luck!
Thank you for sharing ur experience from Ponderosa. Today I was enjoying ur 'brisk' hike plus some from 11-4. I love that right hand turn at the fallen tree up Bear Mtn. trail. Also I am so in love with the Spring Cyn and trestle stuff. Lots of tourists in summer to receive (waves) up Bear. Those bush caves are getting a little tight up to the metal pole. I had such a good time. See ya soon, I learn more everytime I'm out. I woke up this morning to Fall Crk Hike and said Ponderosa, YES!
