Parking for Pogonip hike tomorrow

Kitty S.
Hello Pogonip Hikers and would-be hikers,

Thanks to Lew for a heads up that parking limit is 2 hours on most of Spring Street. I don't think our hike will last TOO much longer than 2 hours, but if you would like to park about 4-5 blocks down the hill from the trail head, there is one block between Kalkar Ln and Highland Ave where you can park for 4 hours. Look for the signs. (weird, huh?)

I will probably park in a 2-hour zone, since I've parked there many times without a problem. In any event, we will still meet at 11 am at the trail head at the top of Spring Street.

See you tomorrow!

Kitty

Clarification: the 2-hour limit on Spring Street does not apply in the Summer months (when students are not around).
