In a free, open environment we are exploring energy cultivation practices such as Shen Shing Qigong, an art of expression and joy. This exercise cultivates Qi, the life breath which animates us, leading to improved health and happiness. In Zen Meditation, there is opportunity to explore and align oneself through breath, posture, consciousness.
I was taught by Tim Wang of Shen Shing Qigong lineage, dating 2500 years. I began learning traditional arts in 2003 and transitioned to Qigong in 2010. Since then I have pursued Spirituality, energy cultivation, happiness and health with fantastic results.
