One Heart - One Mind Center for Spiritual Living is an inclusive spiritual community. We directly experience the Loving Presence of God through the teaching, healing principles of Science of Mind.

Join Drs. Tom and Gisela Sannar as they share their message and "bring peace to our planet through universal spirituality."

Sunday Services - Meditation begins at 9:30am and the inspiration talk begins at 10am.

Lunchtime Meditation - Join us Monday-Friday for two half-hour sessions, one at 12:15pm and one at 12:45pm. Open to all. No Religious Creed or Dogma, just pure Inner Peace! No prior meditation experience necessary!

Also, please visit our new Reading Lounge, Book & Gift Store. Bring your lunch and relax in a peaceful setting. Open M-F 12pm--2pm.

We are located in the Sorrento Mesa area of San Diego, near I805 and Mira Mesa Blvd at 10225 Barnes Canyon Rd., Suite C100
