Meet and practice friendly Tai Chi Chuan as on calendar: Tai Chi Form Class, Chi Gung Class and Push Hands (Tui Shou) have a fun atmosphere and are conducted in an informal setting.  

Any internal or external style / martial art is welcome, including beginners.  For Tai Chi Form and Chi Gung an instructor will be present.  In Push Hands experienced practitioners assist beginners in the art of Push Hands. 

It is of great value to know Tai Chi Form and Chi Gung in order to progress at Push Hands. At Push Hands there will be qualified practitioners on hand to introduce form to beginners who request it.  We are not a formal school; however Cheng Man-ching's Form, William CC Chen's 60 Movement Form and Wu Family Style Long Form are available.

Dress comfortably in sweats or outfits which you can move freely in.  Street clothes and tennis shoes are fine (City Wing Tsun has a changing area).

~ THURSDAY we meet at Quest Bookshop-NY Theosophical Society:

(between 2nd & 3rd Aves)

Entrance is on S side of 53rd, walk up to 2nd floor (check in Quest bookshop if first time).

We meet regularly with the exception of a month long Summer break, a shorter Winter break and few major holidays.
