Looking for other book lovers? A good story is even better when you've got friends to share it with.
The Open Book Club is a group of Readers who love to discuss books. We meet on the second Wednesday of each month, unless otherwise noted. Members volunteer to host the meeting in their homes or other meeting area. This is not a requirement though to be a member. Be sure to bring your book ideas to the meeting to share with the other Readers. We choose the books we read by popular vote two months in advance.
At each meeting we discuss the current book selection and share a pot luck style dinner. Each member is asked to provide a side dish, drinks, etc. Bring a hearty appetite because we always provide an exceptional meal. If you have dietary limitations, please let us know. We try to accommodate everyone's food needs.
There is an annual $12 fee that you can pay in person or through the website. The fee is used to pay the cost of the website.
