California Secretary of State Debra Bowen talks at a recent OpenSource World conference about why she thinks Open Source Software as a methodology is going to be the future for voting software.

She raises multiple good topics, and is worth the 5 minutes to give you some brain food, or identify something to ask about at the next meeting at least. :)
