It was wonderful to see mister riak and learn how easy it is to provision these open stack instances yesterday. Anyone wanna join http://www.meetup.com/BigData-Hartford/ ? Im shooting to schedule something for the first wk of december possibly if we can get enough people to agree to come! leave a message on the board there. Its great that hartford finally is developing a real, progressive software tech community

The live demo was helpful and the lecture was informative. The hands-on part is homework, but I'm looking forward to the installation and config. The notes and slides provided will be handy. Dan explained the core concepts well.

If you are coming tonight and will have 2 Fedora 19 VMs running on your laptop, we have the OpenStack repo on a USB stick for you to copy on to your laptop.

    Brendan,

Not the install portion but you should be fine for the OpenStack features walkthrough.

I have a multi-node Havana test cloud setup already. It is Ubuntu based. Will I be able to follow along using that?

REMINDER: There will be limited wireless available tonight. The guide requires having a small 2 node Openstack environment set before the HOL begins.
Looking forward to seeing everyone tonight!
