Hello,

Looking forward to the meet-up this Thursday! Due to holding this at a government facility, we need you to fill out this RSVP form if you plan on attending the Tour and/or the Swift meet-up. This is for all people who RSVP'd on MeetUp (or are on the waitlist) for the Tour and the Swift kick-off.

Here are all the instructions to get to the meet-up. Our host will be John Antoun. Please read below if you are attending either event. Thank you, and see you on Thursday!

From John Antoun of NASA:

Getting to the base. Moffett Field is in Mountain View, just off Highway 101. Take the Moffett Blvd exit towards NASA Ames. All visitors should make the last right before approaching the gate, and park in the lot near the large white tent.

People Going on the Tour. Tour people should arrive about 12:15 and walk to the visitor?s center just to the right of the guards. They need to get their visitor pass, using driver?s license or passport. The sponsor is me, John Antoun, should they be asked. My phone is[masked], but I expect to be there in a NASA baseball cap. We will board a bus called the NASA Shuttle at 12:45. Some people use the bus title to create a photo op :-)

After the tour, we?ll board the NASA Shuttle again, and go to the site of the Kickoff.

People going to the Kickoff only. Kickoff-only people should arrive at 2:30 and walk to the exterior of the visitor center, just to the right of the guards. I?ll be waiting there in a NASA baseball cap. We will board a bus called the NASA Shuttle at 2:45. They must show their drivers license or passport to the guard who will board the bus at the gate.

All: After the Kickoff ends, participants will need to walk back to the parking lot. It?s about a ten minute walk. Please let me know if this walk is a hardship on anyone, and I can provide transportation in my car.

Note: Any participant can arrive early and go to the NASA gift shop in the tent, which is outside the base boundary.
