Our next workshop will be a REPEAT of basic introduction to programming, where we will introduce you to the absolute basics of writing code. We will get you set up using a friendly programming language called Python, and you will make some drawings to illustrate the principles behind some simple programming concepts. You don't need any experience, just a willingness to learn and a laptop :)
This is the second part of the workshop, but if you couldn't make the first event, don't worry, we will help you catch up :)
Please RSVP only if you're coming along as a learner. If you would like to coach, that's awesome, thank you! But please instead email us at [masked] (that's so we can make sure we have enough coaches for people who are learning).
You will need to bring a laptop, to work on the exercises; we will help you get set up with everything else on the day. If you're curious, you can get a sneak peek of the material at http://opentechschool.github.io/python-beginners/en/index.html.
So your registration/check-in when you get to Skills Matter will be a lot quicker, please register your details here as well : https://skillsmatter.com/meetups/6389-intro-to-programming-using-python-part-2-of-2https://skillsmatter.com/meetups/6388-intro-to-programming-using-python-part-1-of-2.
Looking forward to seeing you!
