For all events that you pay via PayPal or Amazon Payments on the event description page inside this website (not for tickets you purchase directly from concert institutions):

REFUNDS

If you need to cancel for an event you paid in advance, please contact the main organizer by clicking on the "email me" link AT LEAST 48 HOURS before the event start time.

REFUNDS (OR CREDIT TOWARDS FUTURE EVENTS) WILL NOT BE HONORED AFTER DEADLINE. NO EXCEPTIONS, please kindly do not ask them.

If you qualify for a refund, you will receive the full payment (including PayPal or amazon fees). A simple RSVP change from YES to NO is not enough to qualify for a refund: you need to contact the organizer at least 48 hours before the event start time and let him know.

MOVIE EVENTS AND DONATIONS OR CONTRIBUTIONS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE - NO EXCEPTIONS.

PLEASE kindly be aware that our group will not tolerate from members any credit card chargebacks or disputes opened in PayPal or Amazon Payments, claiming for payments not refunded when your claim did not qualify for a refund based on the above rules.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
If you qualify to request a refund, please kindly click on "email me" under the main organizer´s photo and send 2 things: the email address and the full name associated with the paypal account you used to pay. If you qualify for a refund as described above, you will be refunded in full (including any fees).

EVENT CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES
We reserve the right to postpone or cancel any event if conditions (weather, excessive cancellations, emergencies) require so. A FULL refund will be offered to those who already paid.

If a scheduled event is postponed, all RSVPs and advance payments are automatically transferred to the new date and everyone will be notified of the change.

If an event is cancelled (this rarely happens), everyone who RSVPed YES or MAYBE will be notified and those who paid in advance will be fully refunded.

EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS FOR EVENT CHANGES IN PAID EVENTS
Event change notifications are only sent to members who RSVPed "YES" or "MAYBE".
Event cancellation notifications are only sent to members who RSVPed "YES" or "MAYBE" or "NO".

Please be aware that if you don´t bother to RSVP for an event you plan to attend, you might NOT be notified of any changes or cancellations.
