Thanks again everyone for your comments regarding my site.   I’ve already implemented some of them and I’m currently implementing others.

SEO is a daily learning process for me.  All these comments and the Meetup Group is definitely taking me to the next level.

Thanks for including me in on this. I'd love to share some knowledge. However I've only been to one meetup. Never got a chance to come back. I've been busy launching my own SEO Related services.

Some quick overview some thoughts on my behalf:
* Is the site search engine-friendly?
Yes it seems seo ready. as far as well optimized....i think it lacks much modifications. some quick tips i hope it my give you some ideas:
You Mentioned this on bottom right corner::
Serving Around The World!
Whittier, CA
La Mirada, CA
Los Angeles, CA
Beverly Hills, CA
Santa Monica, CA
San Francisco, CA
San Diego, CA
Dallas, TX
Houston, TX
Chicago, IL
New York, NY
Miami, FL
London
Paris
------------------------
CONSIDER ADDING CITIES in your meta description: (i don't know what you're promoting but bottom right looks liek you are promoting cities)
<meta name='description' content='Providing complete internet services including Wordpress, SEO Services, Ecommerce Solutions'/>
CONSIDER Focusing on 1 or 2 keywords for your title to optimize for it just looks like your are going after too much...
-->Looks bad in my opinion::Los Angeles Wordpress, Los Angeles Joomla, Los Angeles SEO, Los Angeles Rackspace
<title> Wordpress | Joomla | SEO | Web Design | Rackspace | Los Angeles, CA   </title>
I would change it to
<title>Los Angeles, CA | SEO | Web Design</title>
ALSO if you want to really optimize for all those keywords for just your homepage which it almost feels like just by eyeballing your site...consider this...
Rename your images and edit your alt tags:::

http://www.digical.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/05/custom-web-designs.jpg
TRY THIS::::

http://www.digical.com/images/houston-joomla-developers.jpg

--------------------------------------------------------------------------
I only offer the above advice because if you are doing it in your title might as well do it for your images and or meta description(Just use 1 city los angeles in meta description).

* Is there content on the website themed around specific search terms?
There is but i think there should be a bit more content to fill up that "EMPTY" gap.

* Are there clear social media elements to encourage engagement?
There is social elements but i'm not sure if there is any engagement

* What would change (if anything)?
Please refer to above.

* What is ONE really good link bait idea you have for him?
Run a "Where does Your Business Rank Locally Competition"...Or Run a Small Contest for "Best Wordpress Theme" or Best Joomla Theme. Winner gets $400 or something Or Offer/Submit your "custom" themes since you are experts to a large viral site like wordpress.org and embed your link at the footer like most then you can target what you'd want as far as keywords. Some people are just too lazy to edit the footers.

Thats all i can come up with rigth now. Hope this helps you with your business!!!
