Blueberry Bush

Planting & Berry

Party Lead by

Jay & Dante

Jay, founder of the Path of Light Farm, has decided to purchase over 100 Organic Blueberry Bushes from a farm in New Jersey that specializes in Blueberries and has a huge selection to choose from.  Wild blackberries are now ready for harvesting at the farm.  Dante has been teaching his personal training and nutrition to clients that now more than ever it is important to build up your immune system with super foods to protect you from super viruses that are going to make many souls that are not prepared sick and berries are an excellent and tasty part of the solution.

Blueberries are so high in antioxidants, great for brain function and much more.  It will take till next year for us to get the first yield from this crop, so we are asking for donations of $20 or more as an investment towards these bushes that will allow you to have about 4-5 pints of tasty healthy organic berries next summer, plus your loving energy in the planting process later this summer lead by Dante & Jay.  Even if you do not wish to make a donation we would still love to have your energy and have you participate in berry juicing.

Meals: Please bring organic blueberries, we will be picking wild blackberries on the farm and bring any other berries you would like to add to smoothies that Dante will be preparing. Dante has Goji Berries, Acai Berries, Maqui Berries and we have some raspberries that are ripe for picking to juice that will be our fuel!  We also will have some super proteins that are vegetable based such as Amazon Power Shake (Maca) and Hemp Seeds. Also bring any other vegetable or fruit you would like for other meals over the weekend.

After planting Dante will lead us in Qi Gong, Meditation and Jay will give sound healing group sessions.

The wild blackberries were delicious and there are lots more to harvest as they ripen. We also harvested some onions, corn, cucumbers, potatoes and kale. David had made some dill pickles from cucumbers that were harvested a few weeks ago and they were excellent!!!

Sarah, I sent you an email. I usually leave DC/MD/VA area Friday late afternoon about 6:30-7:00PM to avoid traffic on I-270 north and arrive about 9:00PM (120 miles/2 hours). Work on Saturday then return either early Sunday morning or just after lunch on Sunday.

We have made some changes to the original notification sent yesterday. Hope to see lots of people attend to get a serious antioxidant berry boost.
