Nutrition for You: Eating for Bioindividuality

  • Jun 30, 2013 · 6:30 PM
  • This location is shown only to members

With all of the fad diets out there, what's a person to eat? The one true diet is the one that's right for you, makes you feel strong, and satisfies you to the core. Learn the components of eating for bio-individuality, the theory that you are a unique individual in bodily requirements, constitution, and preferences. We'll discuss ways to turn inside to find out what your body's ideal fuel consists of, the rules of balance, and how to stay on the right track with some simple guidelines for nourishment.

If you cannot make it to this class, we'll be hosting it again at the Food Forest July 13th and at the Florida School of Holistic Living in Orlando August 17th.

RSVP with Malory at [masked] or[masked] (required). The cost for the class is $25 per adult.

I enjoyed this meet up quite a bit. I am relatively new to this and am looking to educate myself to start making small changes in my lifestyle and this was just right. Pleasant surroundings and pleasant and knowledgeable host. Thanks Malory

Hey, thanks for creating this event. Does this farm have an existing food forest?

Matt, I would say our food forest is still in development. It is existing, but it is not old and well-established yet. We have young fruit trees, annual gardens, and a variety of perennial edible plants. Hope you can come visit us sometime!
