Three years ago I gorged myself on Taco Bell and KFC on the regular, until I fell ill. I suddenly was unable to digest food and found myself sick to my stomach constantly. I was a skinny 19 year old I developed a disorder that I was told by doctors that my demographic doesn't develop. I began research and immediately began cutting GMOs, chemicals, preservatives and otherwise processed food out of my diet. It has been a long journey, but with clean eating and a regular yoga practice my body is healing.
I have a passion for clean, organic food and living sustainably. I work for Orlando's only local, organic microbrewery, do not eat processed foods and eat as much organic as I can afford on a college budget.
