Yogi Chef Workshop and Potluck
Friday January 20th, 2012 - 6:30-8pm
The Yoga Society of San Francisco
Join me and celebrity raw chef/yogi Briksha for an evening of yoga, delicious Indian inspired raw recipe demos, and potluck.
6:30pm- Clear out stagnant energy and ground your body in the present moment with a delightful vinyasa flow class taught by yours truly.
7pm- Watch and learn 2 raw vegan Indian dishes from Briksha. He specializes in creating dazzling meals using spices from his home country.
7:30pm- Share you latest creation at the potluck. Practice mindful "cooking" and eating with us!
