I read your reviews and heard nothing about you administering enemas? Is there a reason for this. If you are only going for three days and have the time. After a little exercises in the morning it might me a good idea to take an enema- coffee or herbal tea. The whole purpose is cleansing yes--and why are we telling people to purchase products for such a short cleanse? Just do the Master Cleanse or just juice. It is only 3 days.

Happy Tuesday Vibrant Health Crew!
As 2012 rolled around I was getting a ton of questions about local cleanse companies. So I decided to turn myself into a guinea pig and try a few for you. I chose the top three cleanse delivery companies in the city.
I am currently setting up my last review for Juice To You. I'd love to hear your thoughts and your experience juicing.
I also can't wait for ALIVE SF and will see you all there on Feb 18th
