Personally after reading his book, and incorporating it into my life, I can't say there is much more to learn about optimal, ideal human nutrition. Its really that simple, in my experience, everything outside of 80/10/10's simple meals, simple fruits and veggies is ok, its tasty, but it slows me down! Anything too fatty or complicated combinations of foods simply does not get out of my way and let me perform as well as 80/10/10, and thats how I know it is the "real deal" so to speak.
