Sometimes we get so much produce at the co-op, and you may wonder how you can use it all before it goes bad. Well, I have a little secret. Green Bags. I have kepst some produce beautifully fresh for weeks using green bags. You can buy them at Clarks, Riteaid, BedBathandBeyond, Targe, Walmart, and just about everywhere including, of course, online. They don't cost much, are reusable, and really work. I don't have the zip lock kind. I just use the regular ones and put them in plastic bind to keep them organized in the fridge.
