Improv 101 Workshop!

Hey everybody! This week we're going to be doing a long-form clinic. What is long form improv and how does it differ from short form? We're going to be delving into character development, antagonistic forces, as well as doing some specific formats like Harold, Armando, and La Ronde. I'd reccomend that you have at least some basic improv experience for this workship, but as usual, we're an open improv group, so ANYBODY can come! Please come out and join me for a great night of improv with some great beers! (If you're into that kinda thing!) -M@

Really a nice mix of rookie and experienced improviser in the group. Most importantly, everyone came ready to play. Great to see and meet so many enthusiastic improvisers. Auditions are happening on June 2nd for the Unity Playback Improv group in Orlando. Come on out that Saturday if interested.

So much fun! Learned a lot and didn't feel nervous like I thought. For sure coming back.

This is such a fun class! It is such a shame that this group can't find a permanent home! Matt, the groups organizer, goes out of his way to welcome new folks and make them comfortable. There is no pressure to participate but all did because it was a very fun safe environment! Kudos Improv 101! I will attend again!

This was fantastic, really positive group feedback & interaction which created the perfect environment for some damn good dynamic improv. Would love to do more work with scenes and warmups that downright embarrass the performers - makes improv more comfortable for all.

Just as a reminder, the meetup is NOT tonight! It's next Wednesday the 9th. I so look forward to seeing everyone out there and I've been formulating what were doing all week! I'm Supah-Psyched!
