Please share with us a little about your current meditation practice (if any)?

Meditation has helped me to rid of anxiety and slow down my mind to relieve insomnia. On nights when I feel that im unable to sleep, I meditate. When I do this with discipline, and do t allow outside thoughts to enter my thought pattern, I fall asleep easily. I would like to further empower myself to understand how to meditate and to understand that I have control over how I respond to the external world and that I can choose peace and tap into the abundance surrounding me.

What do you value in a meditation communtiy (group practice, instruction, retreats)?

Learning about the mind and it's true potential.

Is there anything you wish to share about your spiritual journey?

I'm highly intereated in yoga and listening to audiobooks by Deepak Chopra, Eckhart Tolle, Dr. Wayne Dryer, the Dalai Lama, and similar authors.
