Fun Facts: If you thought all pizza was off-the-wagon when it comes to "healthy eating," think again...

Average American-style pizza=1600+ calories

McDonald's lunch set=700~1000 calories

Gyu-don from convenience stores=900 calories

Italian-style Neapolitan Margherita pizza= (ONLY) 550 calories

 

That's a huge difference and makes for a much more healthfully indulgent meal, particularly when you split the pizza and start with a salad!!
