Expressing love and gratitude to the body, moving naturally, breathing deeply, we connect with the inner universal rhythm.
Inner Rhythms is a playful, energetic, deepening of creative movement, and grace. We begin with guided stretching, and then transition to active and restorative movements for each part of the body. We connect to our own inner rhythms using the breath and bringing attention to the heart beat.
"Find out your own rhythm – everybody has his own rhythm, and your rhythm is as different as your fingerprints.
Just as you inhale and the chest fills, and then you exhale and the air goes out and the chest shrinks, the same rhythm exists in existence. The whole existence breathes, expands, inhales, exhales – and if you can find the rhythm of existence and become one with the rhythm, you have attained.
The whole art of ecstasy, meditation, samadhi, is: How to become one with the rhythm of the universe."
Osho: And the flowers Showered Ch.11
Talking to the Body Mind is a meditative therapy designed as a 1 hour 7 day process. Joie will guide us through a sample of the process that can be then developed as your own practice.
We reconnect with the body mind, making friends with it, and then start a healing process by communicating with the unconscious mind. It is a useful tool for weight control, eliminating migraines, body aches and pains, or anything in the body which is out of natural balance.
This guided meditation is a process of being reminded of a language most of us have forgotten. It’s the language of communicating with your own body. Modern medical science is beginning to recognize that the mind and body are not separate entities but deeply related.
“You are not divided in two, body and mind. Body and mind are one thing, psychosomatic, bodymind. The body is just the beginning of your mind and the mind is nothing but the end of the body. So whatever happens in the body effects the mind and whatsoever happens in the mind effects the body. They run parallel.”

About Osho Kundalini Meditation
Kundalini acts like an energetic shower, softly shaking you free of your day and leaving you refreshed and mellow.
"Allow the shaking; don't do it. Stand silently, feel it coming and when your body starts trembling, help it but don't do it. Enjoy it, feel blissful about it, allow it, receive it, welcome it, but don't will it. If you force it it will be come an exercise, a bodily, physical exercise. Then the shaking will be there but just on the surface; it will not penetrate you. You will remain solid, stone-like, rock-like within. You will remain the manipulator, the doer, and the body will just be following. The body is not the question- you are the question. When I say shake, I mean your solidity, your rock-like being should shake to the very foundations so that it becomes liquid, fluid, melts, flows. And when the rock-like being becomes liquid, your body will follow. Then there is no shake, only shaking. Then nobody is doing it; it is simply happening. Then the doer is not." – Osho.
The first stage 15 minutes - Be loose and let your whole body shake, feeling the energies moving up from your feet. Let go everywhere and become the shaking.
The second stage 15 minutes - Dance, any way you feel, letting the whole body move as it wishes. Again your eyes can be open or closed.
The third stage 15 minutes - Close your eyes and be still, sitting or standing, observing, witnessing whatever is happening inside and out.
The fourth stage 15 minutes - Keeping your eyes closed, lie down and be still.

“Aloha I enjoy the benefits that meditation has brought to my life and am inspired to share it. The benefits of meditation vary for each individual. Silence, bliss, clarity, expansion of consciousness, increased ability to relate to others, relaxation, self realization, capability to remain centered in stressful situations, expanded creativity, a knack for living moment to moment. It is a privilege for me to share this with others and I am very grateful.”
